| Quanzhou joins hands with Microsoft |
Recently, Microsoft E-government Solutions Seminar co-sponsored by Microsoft (China) Co., Ltd and Fujian Quanzhou Fengze Linewell Software Co., Ltd was held in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province. It was the first joint action conducted since Microsoft, Linewell Software Company and Quanzhou Municipal Government had signed a three-party cooperative agreement.
According to the agreement, the three parties will contribute a combined total of 1.5 billion yuan to create in five years a software R&D and outsourcing base which will have annual output of 10 billion yuan and R&D personnel scale of 5,000 persons. |
